On the recommendation of the development committee of the Chess Federation
of Sri Lanka the CFSL is registering all coaches and tournament arbiters
in Sri Lanka. This step was taken with the upgrading of the both parties
in the tecnical side of chess and making them responsible to the CFSL.
All coaches who followed the training trainers programme conducted by
CFSL is automatically registered and all other coaches are requested
to register.
There will be a awarness programme for the Swiss Manager to the arbiters
by Prof. Anantharam, one of the most senior arbiters in Asia while the
Asian Junior Chess Championship is in progress.
All Coaches and arbiters are requested to register with the CFSL before
1st of July 2009. CFSL will not assign any coaches or arbiters who does
not register with CFSL in future events. The application forms are available
with the admin secretary of the Chess Federation.
