| Dharmasoka
College Old Boys' Chess Association takes pleasure in announcing the “4th
Dhamso International Chess Festival 2014” which is scheduled to
take place from 30th April to 04th May 2014 at the S.Thomas De Silva memorial
Auditorium, Dharmasoka College, Ambalangoda. This event is the only annual
international chess event organized by a school related organization in
Sri Lanka and the only international chess event held in the southern
province. “DICF 2014” is a fully endorsed event by the Sri
Lanka Chess Federation and with the huge success achieved last three years
we expect Country's top players exceeding hundred players and foreign
players of the Asian region will compete for the coveted title of “Dhamso
International Chess Festival 2014 – player of the year”, entitling
to a cash prize of Rs.75, 000.00.All together Rs.400, 000.00, medals and
certificates have to be set apart for winners of the categories. |
