Super Kids Age Group Chess Tournament at Triplicane , Chennai, India Eight Sri Lankan Players are now in Chennai for Super Kids Chess Tournament. Srilankan team consisted with Lahiru Munasinghe, Shanka Munasinghe, Tharindu Withanage, Yasantha Jayaweera, Senith Suriyaarachchi, Pasan Meuranga Thenabadu ,S.Hafeel and Yositha Atukorale by representing Lanka Chess Foundation and the Anatoly Karpov Chess Club of the Russian Centre are now in Chennai,India for the Inaugural Super Kids Age Group Chess Tournament organized by Sri Sirinivasa Sports Academy at Sri J.N.S.J.Vidyalaya,Matriculation Hr.Sec.School, Triplicane. Sri Lankan Chess Olympiad Gold Medalist, Mrs.Suneetha Wijesuriya got an invitation by the chief organizer, Mr. M.A. Varadarajan, Secretary of Sri Sirinivasa Sports Academy and as the result of that these Sri Lankan players got the opportunity to participate in this event. Mr. Vasudevan is the chief arbiter of this tournament and there are 360 players were participating in this tournament.
