A very successful chess coaching camp was conducted by Chess Olympiad Gold Medalist, WFM Mrs. Suneetha Wijesuriya, President of the Anatoly Karpov Chess Club of the Russian Centre in Colombo and Lanka Chess Foundation recently at Kotahena Madya Maha Vidyalaya, Colombo 13. Miss Dilini Thilakaratne, Teacher in-charge Chess coordinated to arrange the above program with the blessings of the school principal Mr. Dharmadasa Galabada and there were about two hundred students actively participated in this chess workshop.
